Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Kylie Armstrong Healing Art, we understand that circumstances can change. We aim to be flexible while ensuring the sustainability of our workshops. Participant Cancellations Participants who are unable to attend are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible. Where possible, organisations may send another participant in their place. Organisation Cancellations Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop: No cancellation fee. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop: 50% of the workshop fee may be charged. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop, or if the organisation does not attend: The full workshop fee may be charged, as materials, venue hire and preparation have already been incurred. Rescheduling Workshops may be rescheduled at no cost where at least 7 days' notice is provided and an alternative date is available. Requests to reschedule within 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Minimum Participant Numbers A minimum booking of 4 participants is required for a workshop to proceed. If fewer than four participants are attending, the organisation may choose to: pay the minimum workshop fee equivalent to four participants, or reschedule the workshop to another available date. Support Workers Support workers are encouraged to remain with participants throughout the workshop to provide individual assistance where required. Cancellation by Kylie Armstrong Healing Art If a workshop needs to be cancelled due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, organisations will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled booking at a mutually convenient time.
