ABOUT ME

My ancestral connections are to the Central Desert—Arrernte Country—and I’ve lived most of my life respectfully on the land of the Bunurong / Boon Wurrung Peoples. While I’ve travelled across Australia and beyond, I’ve always felt a strong pull back to where I grew up, and I’ve remained an active member of the Mornington Peninsula community for many years.

As the sole provider for my three amazing children, life has brought both challenges and deep personal growth. After experiencing family violence and receiving a late diagnosis of a disability, I came to a turning point that led me to embrace my spirituality, stay grounded in culture, and walk a path rooted in presence and mindfulness. This journey has opened new perspectives and allowed me to walk more meaningful and fulfilling pathways.

I have a deep connection to the world around me and a genuine love for our native wildlife, which continues to inspire my creativity and nurture my spirit. Through art and the practice of deep listening, I’ve been able to heal, trust again, learn, love, and connect with my culture on a profound level. My contemporary paintings are created with great respect for my culture and reflect both my personal journey and my connection to Country, nature, and the life that surrounds it.

Each artwork is an emotional and spiritual process—guided by my ancestors—and with every brushstroke, I feel I am contributing to the healing of the past, the present, and the future.
